My name is Tim. My journey into the world of woodworking began at a young age, inspired by my father, who was not just a craftsman but also an artist in his own right. Growing up in New Hampshire, I spent countless hours working alongside him, mesmerized by the way he transformed raw pieces of wood into beautiful and functional works of art. Sometimes that art was in the shape of entire houses and sometimes it was in the form of a bookshelf. It was there that I learned the importance of creativity and the relentless pursuit of excellence.
From him, I inherited not only a passion for craftsmanship, but also a deep understanding of what it means to infuse personal touch and emotion into every piece we create. My dad taught me that woodworking is more than just a skill; it’s about telling stories through design and honoring the beauty found in nature’s materials.
His love for the character in the grains and the history of the wood itself is apparent to anyone who knows him.
